How to find us...

Although our nursery is well off the beaten track, we are only 10 miles from the centre of Exeter and 15 miles from the M5. We are nearly always available at the nursery, but please do telephone or e-mail us in advance to check (see contacts page), so as to avoid a wasted journey. Please note that reception for mobile phones is very patchy in this area, especially once you leave high ground!

From M5 and Tiverton

Exit Junction 27 onto the link road to Tiverton. Take first exit towards Tiverton and Bickleigh and carry on towards Bickleigh. At Bickleigh Bridge turn right, signposted Crediton on the A3072. Go right along this road until just after Cadbury Hill and then turn right towards Cheriton Fitzpaine. In the centre of the village, turn right towards Poughill. After 150 yards turn left signposted towards Poughill and Puddington. Proceed along this lane for just over ¾ mile and then go straight on towards South Yeo and Upcott just as the road bends sharply to the left to Poughill. Go along this lane for just over ½ mile and you will find South Yeo Nursery on your left - look for a yellow thatched barn with a steep cobbled drive in front.

From Exeter

Take the A377 towards Crediton, turning left at the mini roundabout over Cowley Bridge. After about 1½ miles turn left towards Langford and Shute. Go along this road for about 2 miles, across the staggered crossroads at Shute Cross into Shute. Continue straight along this road, not turning off, until you reach the crossroads at the main A3072 Crediton-Tiverton road. Go straight across the main road toward Cheriton Fitzpaine. In the centre of the village (with the Half Moon Pub on your left) go over the staggered crossroads towards Poughill. After 150 yards turn left signposted towards Poughill and Puddington. Proceed along this lane for just over ¾ mile and then go straight on towards South Yeo and Upcott just as the road bends sharply to the left to Poughill. Go along this lane for just over ½ mile and you will find South Yeo Nursery on your left - look for a yellow thatched barn with a steep cobbled drive in front.

From Crediton

From Crediton take the main A3072 towards Tiverton. After about three miles turn left for Cheriton Fitzpaine at Coffintree Cross. Continue on into the centre of the village. Follow directions from Cheriton Fitzpaine (see route from Exeter).
